You may remember Beau from Songwriter’s in the Round. If so, you probably remember being in awe of his performance, as well as in tears from laughing so much from his storytelling.
Beau Hall is no jukebox; he plays originals, and also plays covers that are quite often a different take on lesser-known tunes. Influences range from Elmore James to Prince to Chris Whitley and The Rolling Stones.
A native Atlantan, Beau Hall has played in and around the Atlanta music scene since the mid-80s - with a heavy presence in the Atlanta blues scene, acoustic and electric. His songs tend to have a heavy nod towards humor and pain and love - as that's where he lives.
